Long View is seeking a client-oriented and upbeat
**Microsoft SME (Ops Support) Consultant **for our
**Toronto office** who will be a trusted advisor to provide technical guidance and operational support to Long View clients

**A Day in the Life**:

- Implement and upgrade various Microsoft technologies and manage the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of MS technologies including M365, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Provide guidance to clients on-site and remotely supporting their Microsoft technology stack
- Working to ensure operational support is efficient and in a timely fashion toward a successful resolution

**What You Bring**:

- 7+ years of experience managing the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of Windows, MS Exchange, Azure, and M365 infrastructure.
- In-depth experience implementing, supporting, and monitoring.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure Application Registrations, and troubleshooting using OpenID Connect (OIDC), MS Graph, and SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language).
- Experience with:

- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft PowerShell + Scripting
- Microsoft Exchange 2019
- **Microsoft Exchange Online**:

- M365 Administrations
- Conditional Access Policies
- Citrix Support
- **Microsoft Azure**:

- Microsoft Graph
- Microsoft Azure Tenant
- Ability to resolve Exchange-related issues using Active Directory
- Experience supporting anti-spam products
- Experience with Incident and Task management ticketing tool
