**Inventory Manager (15 Month Contract)**

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join the Voilà e-Commerce Customer Fulfillment Centre operation in Vaughan, ON, reporting to the Director of Operations. This pivotal role is at the core of our operation, responsible for overseeing daily inventory management, driving continuous improvement in processes, and collaborating with various business stakeholders, including Replenishment, Merchandising, Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Service, and Ocado. The primary objective is to minimize waste through effective inventory management while supporting business growth.

In this role, you will lead a team of Inventory Supervisors, leveraging data analysis to drive operational improvements. You will be accountable for key fulfillment KPIs, which are essential to ensuring the high-quality service we provide to our customers.

This position offers exposure to world-class technology and full responsibility for inventory accuracy, PO reconciliation, food safety compliance, and managing non-conforming inventory. Additionally, you will manage grid/space capacity, overseeing bin fill, velocity, and obsolete inventory reports.

**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:

- 15 month contract
- Lead and manage inventory teams and their operational processes.
- Analyze data and create action plans to minimize inventory loss.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards, programs, and expectations.
- Investigate and resolve product-related issues.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting, particularly for inventory shrinkage.
- Develop and maintain site KPI reporting.
- Coordinate the daily activities of inventory control staff.
- Execute and manage standard audit processes on a random basis.
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis and assist in data interpretation.
- Manage SKU attributes to ensure customer satisfaction while balancing financial impact.
- Generate and act on consolidation reports to optimize site productivity.
- Report and address inventory errors, working closely with Operations to improve inventory transactions.

**What you have to offer**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- A minimum of seven years in a senior inventory management role within warehousing, transportation, or logistics.
- Experience in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or retail logistics environment.
- Proven ability to manage large teams in complex logistics operations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to foster innovative thinking through actionable report creation.
- Advanced technical skills and comfort working with big data.
- Extensive experience in inventory management at large-scale, highly automated sites.
