**Account Executive, Burlington, Ontario**

We are looking for an **Account Executive** to fill an immediate opening in our Burlington office.

The **Account Executive** is responsible for assisting and managing client relationships, including budgets, keeping status documents up-to-date and coordinating post-reports on client assignments.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Support project management for applicable clients. This includes keeping documents up to date while supporting ongoing communication with clients and internal parties.
- Assist in developing and managing client estimates, budgets, reconciliations and invoices for all services.
- Manage executional aspects of creative development
- Support in the development in presentations, budgets and creative briefs
- Work with the Account Manager to proactively exceed client expectations through creative and lateral problem solving.
- Demonstrate an understanding of client's business and industry, including competitive monitoring across competitive brands/services and categories.
- Follow-up on executed client engagements, including coordinating post-reports.
- Other related duties as required.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING**:

- 2-4 years of related agency experience strongly preferred.
- Post secondary education in business, advertising, marketing or communications an asset.
- Excellent cross-functional relationship building and communication skills; dynamic team player.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, including clients, vendors and agency partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
- Working knowledge of social/digital media required
- Strong organizational and budget management skills required.
- Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure.
- Strong multi-tasking skills a must.
