Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers flexible scheduling and the ability to bill for your time and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up dog waste from clients’ properties using company-provided tools (pan and rake).
- Transport and dispose of waste at our Cole Harbour office location.
- Travel between client locations using your own insured vehicle.
- Text the client before arriving on site.
- Take and text a photo of the cleaned yard to the client after the job is complete.
- Clean and maintain tools
- Safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and insurance (absolutely required).
- Applicants must currently have a vehicle, valid driver’s licence, and insurance to be considered.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable and detail-focused.
- Professional communication with clients via text.

Compensation & Terms
- Independent Contractors invoice for hours worked and mileage.
- Mileage reimbursement provided.
- Paid training to start.
- Flexible scheduling (work between dawn and dusk; you set your hours).
- Casual dress.

Schedule
- Part-time, variable hours (up to 8-hour days depending on workload).

Work Location
- In person, serving clients in Cole Harbour and Eastern Passage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
