**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties for both residential and commercial properties according to company standards and client preferences.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors and carpets.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, countertops, toilets, and appliances.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper products, and other items.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability and williness to recieve customer feeback and adjust your way of working accordingly.

- Shift times and dates vary based on customer demand. If you are uncomfortable with an inconsistent schedule this may not be the role for you.
- The condition of customer properties varies, please note in some cases properties will be very dirty and unkept as we offer a wide range of services.
- Tools and supplies are 100% supplied by Been there, Cleaned that. You are responsible for communicating your current inventory levels to management well in advance to allow reasonable time for replenishment.
- You are a crucial part of our small team. Attendance, timeliness and your performance on the job site is direct reflection of our business.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 44 per week
