Maple Leaf Drilling is looking for a **Yard Maintenance Worker** for immediate hire, with welding or mechanical experience an asset. Must provide Driver's Abstract and Criminal Record Check. **Qualifications** - This person will be responsible for pre and post loading, unloading, **lifting heavy weight materials**, assisting the driller at job sites - Some overnight travel away from home maybe required. - Must have own vehicle to get to work, no public transportation available. - First Aid Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHIMS), other Safety Courses would be an asset. - Mechanically Inclined - Equipment Operation Including Skid Steer Operation would be an asset - We are searching for a person that is - hard working, reliable, responsible, energetic, dependable and a team player. - We are looking for the "right" person for a long term career that is Self Motivated and can meet tight Production Schedules **Responsibilities**: - Assisting Shop Manager perform tasks - Loading, unloading, lifting heavy materials on site and mostly Yard Maintenance - Working outdoors in all conditions - Vehicle Maintenance - Paper work for Daily Job Functions **Benefits** - Benefit program for Health and Dental **Only applicants that meet the criteria above will be considered** **Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Extended health care Ability to commute/relocate: - Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
