We are an Independently owned Auto Repair shop in Edmonton’s West end, looking for an Organized person with good communication skills who enjoys working with people.

Automotive experience an asset but not required.

The job duties include answering phones, booking appointments, building estimates and being the main contact point between customers and our shop.

Helping build and maintain our social media presence will help fill the day.

Overview:

- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate appointments for automotive repairs and services
- Upsell additional services or products to meet customer needs

Joining our team as a Customer Service Representative offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills while providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Pay: $15.00-$26.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
