**Customer Service Advisor**

**Who You Are**:

- A multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and requests.
- Love for tackling administrative tasks and working under a deadline.
- Acute attention to detail and able to review the work of others.
- Great at keeping things organized.
- A determined problem solver.
- Accountable and takes ownership of work.
- Experience working with computers and data entry.
- Has an interest in instrumentation, reliability, and electrical component industry.

**What Will You Do?**
- Help our Calibration customers with questions and requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create invoices and perform data entry.
- Receive calibration equipment and record equipment details into system.
- Prepare equipment for shipping by packaging appropriately.
- Review documents for error before shipping.
- Support the office with other administrative requests.
