To provide care for the clients
- Working with elderly patients and providing one-on-one care such as assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Ensuring the fulfillment of individual goals and needs as instructed in the client’s support plans
- Helping clients with leisure activities
- Ensuring the health, safety, welfare, and independence of clients
- Assisting and satisfying the social and emotional needs of a client
- Documenting and recording daily care reports which may include resident incident reports, restraint monitoring, and medication administration.
- Adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations set by the province or territory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Application question(s):

- Each PSW shall hold a valid certificate as a PSW from a curriculum approved by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities or the Ontario Ministry of Education. This can also include RN or RPN Students with a minimum successful completion of year 1.

- Vehicle, license, insurance
All staff must provide up-to-date immunizations as follows:

- Negative tuberculosis test
- Diphtheria/tetanus
- Measles/mumps/rubella
- Varicella/zoster
- Hepatitis B
- COVID-19 (fully vaccinated as defined by current Public Health guidelines
