The Opportunity

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Assist with data migration tasks, including ensuring financial data accuracy, performing reconciliation between old and new systems, and conducting data checks to verify consistency.- Support the finance team in generating simple reports, performing basic data analysis, and updating process documentation related to the ERP implementation.- Help create training materials and user guides for the new ERP system, while collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.- Participate in project meetings, provide updates on assigned tasks, and assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables to meet deadlines.

What we’re looking for in you:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proof of enrollment in a registered post-secondary institution including enrollment in the semester following the work term, or enrollment in a registered co-op program will be a condition of hire.- Should an individual with the required qualifications not be available, applicants with closely related qualifications may be considered.
