Our Banking client in **Toronto,** is looking to hire an** Agile Project Manager - Proficient** for a **12 months contract role**.

**Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations**:

- 5+ years’ experience in end to end Credit Cards project delivery following various frameworks such as project & agile management
- Demonstrated exceptional project leadership skills to manage end to end delivery by establishing & maintaining effective team routines and ensuring there is clear, concise & timely communication on progress towards defined outcomes
- Ensure all tracking & reporting methodologies (e.g. Planview, Confluence, JIRA) are current to provide transparency & visibility on progress
- Partner with the cross-functional agile squad comprised of Product, Design & Development to execute the roadmap and support Go to Market strategies
- Responsible to build trusting relationships & open communication with both internal and external partners
- Excel in project financial management through cost estimation (e.g. approved, forecast, actuals)

**Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations**:

- Previous RBC Experience
- Experience in Digital
- Certified Project Management Professional, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner
