**Position Overview**

Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and have a passion for leading high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our state-of-the-art surf, spa, and F&B venue in Bridal Falls, British Columbia. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly manage back and front-of-house operations, elevate the guest experience, and uphold top-tier health and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

**Food and Beverage**:

- Supervise day-to-day food and beverage service, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate counter service.
- Oversee back-of-house functions including food preparation, packaging, and workstation cleanliness.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate ordering, and implement cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
- Support menu development in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Ensure all service areas, equipment, and storage spaces are clean, organized, and ready for operations.
- Submit end-of-day reports outlining key inventory needs and operational notes.

**Team Leadership & Scheduling**:

- Train, mentor, and lead F&B staff to foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing work culture.
- Create and manage shift schedules and break rotations to ensure seamless coverage.
- Provide ongoing coaching and real-time performance feedback to maintain service excellence.
- Assist with onboarding new kitchen and service team members, reinforcing food safety best practices.

**Guest Experience & Operational Support**:

- Uphold a consistently high standard of guest experience, from initial order to final interaction.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or incidents with professionalism, following proper protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced food & beverage environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of food safety protocols and hospitality industry best practices.
- Financial acumen, particularly with inventory control and cost management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
