**What You Will Do**:

- Start-up and operate the Heat Treat Furnace
- Assist in the tensile test process
- Work collaboratively with the Nor-Peen operators to ensure proper flow of material
- Assist Crane Operators as needed
- Perform minor machine maintenance as required
- Perform quality inspections
- Complete all required paperwork, including, but not limited to, quality and cleaning plans
- Work in a safe manner, follow all rules, regulations, and legislation
- Follow Lean Manufacturing guidelines

**Position Details**:

- Working at the South Edmonton facility exclusively
- Permanent
- Full-time
- Rotating shift between day and afternoon shift (night shift may be required dependent on business conditions)
- Overtime as required
- Weekend shift may be required dependent on business conditions

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Excellent organization skills
- Able to prioritize
- Reliable
- Able to work in a hot environment
- Able to work independently and with others
- Ale to read, write and effectively communicate in English
- Must be available for shift work as required
- Must be available for overtime as required

**Pre-employment Requirements**:

- Pre-employment testing including drug & alcohol, vision, auditory, background check and physical demands assessment required upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours/day
