Are you creative and passionate about marketing communications? Join BBA and make the most of your experience by actively contributing to initiatives in marketing and corporate communications in a fast-growing firm offering strategic business consultancy and consulting engineering services.

You'll need your organizational skills, ingenuity and versatility on a daily basis to develop trusting relationships with our internal clients and external suppliers, uncover promising new perspectives to promote the BBA brand, create captivating content for our social and internal media, or work with team members on various structuring projects.

- Help develop content calendars and implement a strong communication strategy to promote BBA's expertise on our various external and internal digital platforms.
- Monitor the media and propose content that expresses BBA's vision of major industry issues (thought leadership).
- Create compelling texts, visuals, podcasts and videos adapted to a variety of audiences and distribution platforms: website, social media and internal communication tools.
- Develop entries for various industry competitions showcasing BBA's flagship projects and the ingenuity of its people.
- Coordinate various public relations initiatives.
- Coordinate the writing of technical blog articles by our experts and strategic corporate news.
- Coordinate with internal and external technical teams (i.e., the IT team, media placement agencies, graphic designer).

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant educational program
- Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms
- Knowledge of graphic and video production tools (i.e., Canva, WeVideo, etc.)

- Annual base salary between $81,344 - $111,847
- Annual bonification program for all regular employees
