BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a top-notch Talent Coordinator to join our growing team.

WHO YOU ARE
Our talent department is looking to enhance their team with a smart, tactful and curious individual to work collaboratively across departments and build out our core business functions. We move fast, like to iterate and play just as hard as we work. We want someone who:
Considers themselves an expert in all things sourcing
Enjoys solving problems and enjoy doing so creatively
Excels at engaging talent and keeping them warm
Has ample amounts of tenacity to continue iterating on a search to find just the right person/people for a role
Gets excited when they find “the one” for a role
Brings a high level of energy and HYPE to every stakeholder interaction (internal and external)
**What you'll be doing**:
Coordinating interviews, job postings and communication for the team
Representing the company with integrity and professionalism
EXPERIENCE
**Must have**:
Experience in a talent sourcing/coordinator role (agency preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Methodical and goal-driven approach
**Nice-to-have**:
Experience in a sales role
