Equipped with an array of skills in data science, engineering, and analytics, this team orchestrates the flow of data across our growing company while ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security. Workday is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across our corporate functions.

The AI Principal Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for AI-based solutions aimed at optimizing business functions such as Sales, CX, and Marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, corporate function leaders, and other stakeholders, to ensure that AI products meet business needs, are delivered on time, and drive significant value.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-driven solutions in corporate functions.-
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and delivers value to internal stakeholders.- Collaborate with business leaders across Sales, CX, and Marketing and other corporate functions to understand their needs and pain points.- Stay up-to-date on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry standard methodologies. Identify new AI opportunities and innovative solutions that can be applied to enhance business operations and customer experience.- Identify and manage relationships with external AI vendors, partners, and consultants to use external expertise and technologies.- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear product specifications.- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to design and develop AI solutions that meet business requirements.- Manage the end
