Our Calgary location is looking for professional, reliable, and friendly seasonal Customer Service Associates to help us provide our customers with exceptional customer service and work with our team to maintain a high level of organisation and professionalism in the store during our busy back to school season.

**As a Customer Service Associate, your duties include**:

- Greeting customers with their children and building rapport.
- Helping to fit students with their uniform pieces, find correct sizes, and establish a record for parents.
- Checking out customers through our POS system and occasional cash handling.
- Occasional opening and closing of store with leadership.
- Filling and processing online orders and back orders.
- Receiving and counting inventory along with occasional fixture building and general merchandising.
- General maintenance and cleaning including stocking, folding, and organisation.

**Job Requirements/Assets**:

- Customer service skills are our top priority, must be able to offer courteous service to families in a professional manner.
- Previous retail experience is an asset.
- Availability: 9:00am - 8pm Tuesday through Sunday. Please note this is _**not**_ the schedule of shifts, but the general preferred availability from applicants. We are flexible with scheduling.
- Experience with POS (cashier) systems is an asset.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

Please note, this position is part time and temporary, our busy season begins in July and ends towards the middle of September to beginning of October.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
