Overview:
**IMA Solutions** is looking for a **Sales Associate** (6 month contract) to join out team
The **Sales Associate** role is that of the front-liner, they represent the voice of the business and are the first to interact with our customers. They help customers meet their needs and are responsible for drafting and submitting periodical reports based on sales, events, sponsorships in the company
As an active advertiser of different services, the **Sales Associate** should be a good communicator. The Sales Associate is also expected to have excellent relationship building skills, which are needed to interact with customers
The salary for this role is between $70,000-$75,000.
Qualifications:
**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently
- Uses intuition and experience to effectively market the company’s services
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to Senior managements’ directions accurately
- Ability to assist with development and delivery of compelling presentations
- Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment
- Must be able to stay focused and concentrate under normal or heavy distractions
- Must be detail oriented, organized, efficient with the capability of establishing instant credibility
- Uses good judgment and includes the appropriate people in the decision-making process
- Must be able to divide work requirements between office time and travel
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common and complex correspondence, legal contracts and documents.
- Ability to write clearly and informatively to all required audiences and edit own work for appropriate spelling and grammar.
- Ability to respond appropriately and professionally to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, upper management, etc.
- Ability to effectively present information one-on-one, in small to large groups, to top management, and/or clients or vendors of the company

**Responsibilities**:
- Sell the company’s products and services and increase sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
- Escalate issues or areas of concern expressed by customers.
- Work with the operation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze current referrals data to see which accounts can be grown or saved.
- On occasion assist customers with bookings.
- Liaise with managers in all departments to implement new procedures and brainstorm new ideas.
- Coordinate with Senior Management and assist with implementing new customer requirements.
- Identify industry developments and trends and communicate changes to customers and Senior Management.
- Organize or help organize in-house educational Lunch and Learn sessions for customers.
- Attend conferences and seminars to raise brand awareness and to attract new clients.
- Organize & attend lunch or dinner meetings with customers to maintain professional and productive relationships.
- Generate spreadsheets and reports containing customers information to support the other departments.
