You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our retail operations, including budgeting, pricing, interviewing, marketing, payroll, retail sales, customer service, recruiting, and buying.

**DUTIES**:

- Assist in managing daily store operations
- Learn and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Support the hiring and training of new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

**SKILLS**
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong budgeting and pricing skills
- Excellent interviewing and recruiting abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in retail management is preferred
- Familiarity with payroll processes
- Proven track record of achieving retail sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
