**What’s the role?**
- Responsible for sales, budget, scheduling, and motivation
- Lead teams (direct and indirect) providing day-to-day support, coaching, strategic guidance, skill development.
- Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge and provides excellent services towards escalated clients
- Recruitment, orientation, training, mentoring and managing employees.
- Work in partnership with Senior Management and store employees.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures
- Perform regular store visits to drive the implementation and execution of strategic plans, including marketing and merchandising, adherence to operational standards and identifies opportunities to improve performance
- Communicate clearly and accurately to ensure effective operations at the store and District level
- Drive the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store Sales Associate to develop and implement action plans that achieve both operational excellence and strong business results.
- Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store management teams to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Increase store sales by ensuring standards are met and business strategy is consistently applied.

**Job Types**: Full-time plus Bonus

**Salary**: $18 to $24 hour

**Experience**:

- retail: 5 year (required)
- Wireless Experience a must.

**Location**:

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
