**Job Title: MarTech/Growth Specialist**

Yocale is a growing B2B SaaS platform helping service-based businesses streamline bookings, sales, and customer engagement. We're expanding across North America and need a technical operator who can support our growth stack, end to end.
We’re hiring a **MarTech & Growth Ops Specialist** to take ownership of our marketing technology and growth infrastructure. This role blends web and analytics management with hands-on work in lead generation systems, automations, tracking, and campaign optimization. You’ll work directly with the growth, sales, and marketing teams to build, maintain, and optimize the systems that drive revenue.
You’ll be the technical anchor supporting our lead funnel, from landing page to CRM, and help identify gaps and opportunities in how we acquire, track, and convert prospects.
**What You'll Own**
**1. Website & Conversion Infrastructure**
- Maintain and update **Webflow** and **WordPress** websites
- Launch and optimize **landing pages**, lead magnets, and gated content
- Ensure high-performance site speed, UX, and mobile optimization
**2. Tracking, Attribution & Analytics**
- Own **Google Tag Manager**, **GA4**, and event tracking setup
- Implement and QA **pixels** and tracking for all ad channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Manage UTM structures and source attribution
- Build dashboards and generate reports for campaigns and funnel metrics
**3. Lead Funnels & Automation**
- Build and maintain **Zapier** workflows between tools (Webflow, CRMs, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, etc.)
- Support CRM hygiene and routing logic to ensure leads flow properly
- Optimize for lead qualification and demo show-up rate improvements
**4. Campaign Support & Growth Ops**
- Support marketing campaigns with fast setup of tech requirements: pages, forms, tracking
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure alignment on lead scoring and qualification
- Help scale new growth channels (AI SMS bots, Calendly integrations, outbound automations)
- Collaborate on A/B testing, experiments, and CRO tactics
**Skills & Experience You Bring**
- 3+ years in a **MarTech**, **Growth Ops**, or **Marketing Automation** role
- Proficient in **Webflow**, **WordPress**, **Google Analytics (GA4)**, **GTM**, and **Zapier**
- Experience with **ActiveCampaign**, **HubSpot**, or similar tools
- Basic HTML/CSS and comfort troubleshooting tech issues independently
- Experience building, testing, and scaling lead gen systems
- Process-driven, resourceful, and outcome-oriented
**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or Looker Studio for advanced reporting
- Previous work in B2B SaaS or service-based tech companies

Pay: $64,775.94-$105,241.26 per year
