We currently have opening(s) for a Receiver in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you will be responsible for
- Accurately receiving and processing of new stock and inter-store transfers
- Entering or removing products from the POS system as required.
- Entering and updating product codes, UPCs, quantities, costs, prices, and expiry dates as needed.
- Maintain internal record-keeping system, verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
- Carefully manage all aspects of inventory and special ordering
- Organizing back stock rooms to maximize efficiency for pulling product.
- Ordering and shipping supplies as required

For this position we require:

- Previous experience inputting data in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy is required
- Strong communication skills to coordinate your activities with clients, suppliers, shippers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good writing and mathematical skills required
- Warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures will be an asset.
- **Excel and Word experience is required**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
