We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Position Overview**: As an HR Operations Intern, you will support the HR team in various operational tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop their skills in a professional environment. You will work closely with HR professionals and gain insight into HR processes, policies, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in new projects and initiatives, such as partnerships.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for customers.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support ongoing HR initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the founders as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges at a growing start-up.

**Work Schedule**:
