Full time position on our order desk. Required to answer customer phone inquiries, provide technical information, product suggestions, pricing, look after walk in customers. Create orders and follow to completion. Ability to multi task beneficial. Previous customer service experience required. Knowledge or previous experience in ceramic tile, flooring industry not required but very helpful. Requires every second Saturday from 8 to 1pm. Ability to work as a team member
