We actively drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget. **KEY RESULT AREAS FOR THIS ROLE**

**Proposals**:Coordinate the proposal preparation and submission. Compile proposal documents and supporting materials. Read and distribute Request for Pre-Qualification/Request for Proposal (RFPQ/RFP) information to the proposal team. Distribute requests for information, internally, as required. Centralize and standardize RFP content. Set deadlines for content and manage. Strategize on proposal content and work with identified proposal lead. Review and editing of proposal material. Arrange for proposal reviews. Create new and update employee CVs and project sheets as needed. Ensure consistent look and feel for all submittals. Ensure proposal quality and compliance.

**Business Development Support**: Proposal management. Set-up and participate in debriefs and document feedback. Act as the single point of contact for all RFP, RFPQ, Expressions of Interest (EOI), and other such communications. Research target markets and work with team members to build prospect lists. Proactively reach out to prospects in our target markets to build relationships and generate appointments for the project managers. Goal setting, utilizing leading and lagging indicators. Goal achievement and execution, via management of activities, utilizing dashboards, reporting on sales activities and results. Managing client/prospect data and sales opportunities in our Customer Relationship Management system. Managing conference planning, key event tracking, and the development of strategic client-engagement plans. Conducting market research/benchmarking for new services. Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities. Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients. Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

**Marketing**:Coordinate promotional activities/events (ex. event planning, client invites and RSVPs). Assist in creating yearly business plan by providing marketing research, competitive analysis and trends. Maintain updates of marketing budget. Create an event plan tied to the strategic goals of the company and specific potential project opportunities. Identify opportunities and execute plans to enhance brand awareness and organize annual client events and client gifting, working with technical staff and the business management team on the development, execution, and assessment of marketing and sales initiatives, website content, and social media.

**Process / Procedure / Templates / Knowledge Development**:We aim to deliver the best service to clients and to deliver customized engineering services. Continuous improvement is a key component to our long term success. Take the lead in building, implementing, and continuously improving marketing and proposal processes, procedures and templates.

**WHAT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES ARE REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE**

**Knowledge**:3+ years’ experience in sales/business development environment with proposal creation responsibility. Experience working with a CRM tool, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent time management skills and understanding of key business processes. Experience with continuous process. Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities. Capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment. Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude. S
