**Building Construction & Glazing (all levels)** **Salary range**: $20-37/hr (depending on experience) **Who We Are**: With four locations, Kruse Glass & Aluminum works across Saskatchewan & Alberta to provide glass & construction solutions in the auto, residential & commercial construction industry. We are searching for immediate assistance in our **Regina**branch. **Job Summary**: **Cutting, installing, and replacing glass** in windows, doors, skylights & storefronts. I**nstallation, repair, and replacement of windows and doors** in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role involves removing old units, fitting new components, sealing for insulation and weatherproofing, and ensuring a secure and precise installation. **What can Kruse Glass do for you?** We offer competitive pay, apprenticeship opportunities, full time work, a reliable schedule, health benefits, financial benefits (which include a RRSP matching program after 6 months) **Skills Required**: - need to be punctual & reliable - need to have a "customers first" mindset - able to lift 50lbs - climb ladders - work outdoors all year - must be friendly & honest, professional & communicative with coworkers and customers - demonstrate the safe work practices of hand and power tools - Strong communication skills - Valid Class 5 (or better) driver's license - operate lifting equipment (scissor lifts, zoom booms, telehandlers, etc..) (Training will be provided if needed) - clean up workstations and maintain equipment daily - ability to follow direction-demonstrate an ability to safely load & maneuver a full size pickup truck with a tandem axle trailer - able to understand drawings, blueprints & replicate precise measurements - ability/knowledge/willingness to work with commercial glass curtain walls, storefronts, structural glass, windows, doors, automatic doors, railing, glass showers and mirrors. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$37.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - RRSP match - Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: - Regina, SK S4N 6H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - building construction and glazing: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Saskatchewan Class 5 drivers license (required) Work Location: In person
