Flynn Canada Ltd., Canada’s leading building envelope trade contractor in the institutional, commercial and industrial construction marketplace is looking for a Shop Mechanic to work from our Regina location.

A Day in the Life:

- Performing a wide variety of tasks, such as troubleshooting, oils changes, general maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Repair or replace parts and components of basic equipment. Primarily Honda engine repair.
- Minor repairs on Heavy equipment: Trucks, Trailers, Skid steers, Construction Equipment.
- Supporting team members in a shop/construction yard environment.

What you bring:

- Must hold a Valid Driver’s License, Class G or higher would be an asset.
- Organized team player with a proactive, safety-oriented mind set.
- Driven individual willing to learn and grow in a role, work efficiently alone and in a team environment.
- Previous mechanical experience (3-5 years’) working on small engines and light vehicles.
- Specialty tools supplied, hand tools responsibility of employee.
- Licensed mechanic is preferred.
- Hydraulic experience would be an asset.
- Welding experience would be an asset.
- Experience or willing to learn how to operate Forklift, Skid steer and or small equipment.
