**Job description**
- Takes appointments over the phone and in person and processes online bookings.
- Manages the cash register (payments, purchases, gift cards).
- Knowledgeable about the differences and technicalities of each treatment type and can provide clients with pertinent advice.
- Maintains a clean workspace and ensures there is always sufficient supplies on hand.
- Respects and enforces hygiene and sterilization protocols.
- Ensures the client is fully satisfied before leaving the spa and provides excellent customer service.
- Makes sure that spa policies are respected
- Ensures that the spa’s quality standards are maintained
**Criteria**
- You are personable and serious about providing the highest level of customer service.
- Bilingualism (you can engage with your client in French and English).
- You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly, and you have an excellent team spirit.
- Highly adaptable, organized, positive, energetic, and polite.
- Able to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:

- receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
- English (preferred)
