Toronto, Canada TIme To Renovate Full time

**Project Consultant (Commission‑Based)**

**Location**: Greater Toronto Area - frequent travel to client sites **Company**: Time To Renovate (TTR Specialists Inc.) **Type**: Independent Contractor / Commission‑Only

**About Time To Renovate**

Time To Renovate isn’t just another contractor—it’s a customer‑centric renovation company built around the R.I.C.H. values of **Respect, Integrity, Care and Honesty.** Our mission is to transform houses into dream homes by combining exceptional craftsmanship with transparent communication and personalized service. We believe in making the renovation experience seamless and rewarding and we’re looking for a Project Consultant who embodies those values and can help us grow.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Meet with clients wherever they are.** We start every project by listening—through phone calls, Zoom or in‑home consultations. You’ll travel to homes across the GTA to conduct these consultations, assess renovation needs (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, windows/doors, flooring, painting, etc.) and explain our plan‑design‑build process.
- **Prepare and close deals.** Convert consultations into projects by developing proposals, explaining timelines and budgets, and persuading homeowners that our personalized approach and uncompromising quality are worth the investment.
- **Maintain R.I.C.H. values.** Demonstrate respect by honoring clients’ time and investment; show integrity and honesty through transparent communication and provide care by ensuring every customer feels like family.
- **Coordinate with our team.** Work closely with design and construction crews to ensure the project scope, budget, and quality match the client’s vision.
- **Leverage technology.** Use CRM tools, virtual meetings, and remote presentations to stay connected with clients and the team.

**Following a Proven Sales Methodology**

Our most successful consultants don’t wing it; they follow a structured, consultative sales methodology built around our renovation process. That means:

- **Discovery**: Begin by listening to homeowners’ goals and concerns during an initial call or remote/in‑home consultation.
- **Needs Analysis**: Clarify project scope and budget, identify underlying pain points and aspirations, and ensure the client understands what’s possible.
- **Solution Design**: Collaborate with our design team to develop a custom plan that reflects the client’s style and meets their budget.
- **Presentation & Objections**: Walk clients through the proposal, address questions transparently, and reinforce how our values (Respect, Integrity, Care & Honesty) create a superior renovation experience.
- **Closure & Follow‑Up**: Finalize agreements, coordinate internal handoffs, and maintain regular communication through build and post‑project phases.

By using this repeatable process, you ensure every client receives the same high level of care and transparency while giving yourself a roadmap to consistent success.

**Who You Are**
- A driven salesperson or consultant who thrives on commission and has a track record of closing deals.
- Comfortable travelling across Southern Ontario; you enjoy meeting clients face‑to‑face and aren’t shy about getting in the car.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex renovation processes and set realistic expectations.
- A natural relationship‑builder with high ethical standards; you believe success comes from honesty and care.

**What’s In It for You**
- **High earning potential** with uncapped commissions and the ability to build a substantial book of business.
- **Flexibility** to manage your schedule and travel when it suits your clients.
- **Support** from a professional, values‑driven team with over 35 years of combined expertise.
- **Credibility** of selling for a company known for personalized service, meticulous craftsmanship and transparent communication.

**How to Apply**

By following a disciplined sales methodology, bringing real renovation experience to the table and upholding our R.I.C.H. values, you’ll be positioned to help homeowners transform their spaces while earning a rewarding commission.
