Toronto, Canada Oriel Renovations Full time

Our company's focus is mid to large size residential renovations and new builds in Toronto, primarily in the West end.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent coordinator, communicator and carpenter.

**MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience managing full scale residential renovations, as well as**:

- Proficient in foreseeing, planning and implementing work schedules
- Expert knowledge of construction methods particular to renovations and eye for detail and quality control, from layout to framing to hanging doors, installing windows, assembling cabinetry and installing trim, flooring and appliances
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and maintain construction schedules on several projects simultaneously
- Ability to determine and communicate efficient construction execution to on site team members
- Ability to hold team personnel and trades accountable to scope and schedule
- Ability to deliver effective and timely communication and client care
- Ability to recognize and ensure site safety and company protocol
- Driver's licence with own vehicle.

Salary will depend on skills, accountability and experience. $38 to 45/hr.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to address any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation and reporting, including estimates and schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
