We are hiring an **Agile Project Manager** to join our growing company for permanent employment. As an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master, you own the delivery of Corporate Projects, which includes blueprint, scope, defining project phases, and budget for initial build & ongoing support. The incumbent will also provide updates to business stakeholders, and management and provide regular updates on project health. The individual needs to act as a bridge between the business problems or requirements and the technical solution. The individual should be able to translate technical language to business for a common understanding between parties as needed.

**What you will do?**
- The position is responsible for project execution of Corporate Application projects, responsible to oversee technical and functional consultants to create and execute a project schedule and coordinating resource activities across functional and development teams.
- Tasks include booking requirement sessions, defining scope, defining resource requirements, ensuring proper testing and defects are corrected and change management process is followed for promotion to production and business validation.
- Negotiate with Contracted vendor on deliverables and Change Requests.
- Elicit Business Requirements, Map the Current State Processes, Identify the roles, responsibilities and deliverables associated with the stakeholders in the process.
- Identify and understand the gaps and areas of improvement in the processes, assist with test and use cases, support execution, and recognize key data elements to support business and project decisions.
- Provide frequent updates to stakeholders and business team members on project status.
- Participate in technical meetings regarding development, landscape maintenance, and operations as needed.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Functional PM, familiar with traditional waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Web PM background
- Logical, attentive to detail, and good work ethic
- Familiar with web technology and overall architecture/integration
- 5 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, cloud projects
- 5 plus years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, cloud projects
- 3 - 5 years as a QA in IT
- Experience as a Business Analyst in cloud implementations.
- Experience participating in projects using Waterfall and or Agile methodology.
