Hybrid Agile Scrum Master – Toronto, ON Maplesoft Group seeks a Hybrid Agile Scrum Master to facilitate team effectiveness, promote continuous improvement, and support delivery quality. The role supports product teams in Agile practices and leads ceremonies. Location: Toronto, ON. The role is Hybrid – remote and on-site. Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective. Cooperate with Product Owner to refine backlog, ensure clear, concise backlog items. Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile theory, practices, rules, and values. Elevate team performance by managing impediments, promoting continuous improvement. Support continuous delivery of top priority work. Adopt and consistently use Agile techniques, tools, and standard practices. Create positive working environment for teams to self-organize and raise performance. Promote and support use of Agile ways of working (Scrum and Kanban). Coach the Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Help Team to create high-value products. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear. Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Remove impediments to the Team’s progress. Facilitate events as requested or needed. Works in close collaboration with Product Owner (PO) and Tech Lead. Qualifications Not explicitly listed.
