DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Receives direction from the Lead Hand, Site Supervisor and Construction Manager
- Gather materials for carpenters to handle on job sites.
- Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Keep job sites equipment/machines serviced.
- Assist with install/frame foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as:

- wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials when required.
- Assist with fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim.
- Assist with erecting scaffolding, ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
- Assist with positioning or dismantling of forms for pouring concrete.
- Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers.
- Assist in performing demolitions by
- Measuring, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
- Read, interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, sketches or building plans
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using measuring devices, hand tools, electric saws, hammers, levels, miter boxes, pneumatic nail guns, sanding machines and squares.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Conduct Daily Hazard Assessments and Weekly Tool Box Meetings.

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
