Willowbrook Dry Cleaning & Alterations is a well-established, locally owned business serving the Willowbrook community for over 18 years. We are seeking an experienced **Alterations Tailor / Seamstress** who combines strong tailoring skills with excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clothing alterations including hemming, resizing, repairs, and adjustments
- Work on men’s and women’s garments, including casual, business, and formalwear
- Take measurements and follow alteration instructions accurately
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Answer customer inquiries and provide basic service information
- Process sales transactions, including taking payments and issuing receipts
- Communicate clearly with front-counter staff regarding alteration details and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized work and fitting area

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in clothing alterations or tailoring
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
- Experience handling sales transactions and basic POS systems (training provided)
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Flexible schedule
- Steady work in an established shop

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
