**Condo Property Manager-Licensed**

Qualifications for Property Managers on our team are as follows:

- **MUST** be Licensed through CMRAO
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing condo properties.
- Property Management designation preferred but not required.ie: RCM;
- Strong organizational and negotiating skills, excellent business management skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
