Top Notch Roofing - a trusted, family-run company serving the Fraser Valley since 1994 - is hiring a

**Project Supervisor**
to lead field operations for our roofing and foundation waterproofing projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate crews, coach foremen, and keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to Top Notch standards. If you're an organized, people-first leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and accountability, this could be the opportunity for you.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead project start-ups: review scope, assign roles, and coordinate foremen.
- Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met.
- Partner with the Production Manager to align manpower, schedules, and resources.
- Support safety initiatives and enforce company safety protocols.
- Mentor and develop foremen and crew members through clear communication and coaching.
- Coordinate onboarding and training of new hires.
- Maintain open communication between the office and field teams.
- **What You Bring**:

- Proven experience supervising crews and managing projects in construction or roofing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills - able to give clear direction and build trust.
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive when challenges arise on site.
- Background in roofing or trades (an asset but not required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
