**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Night Cleaner** to join our team. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency are paramount. You will be responsible for keeping commercial spaces clean, sanitized, and welcoming, often outside of regular business hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform nightly cleaning for restaurants, offices, mills, and other commercial spaces.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors (including floor waxing and buffing where required).
- Empty trash, sanitize surfaces, and maintain restrooms to the highest standards.
- Follow **custom Echo checklists** for each site to ensure nothing is missed.
- Report completed inspections and highlight any maintenance or safety issues.
- Work independently while representing Echo’s professional and trustworthy brand.
- Occasionally assist with special projects such as post-construction cleaning, deep cleans, or floor care programs.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work **night shifts** reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety protocols.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg and standing for extended periods.
- Positive, professional attitude and respect for client spaces.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
