As a **Sales and Marketing Coordinator** at iGuard360°, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, driving lead generation, and supporting our sales initiatives. This position is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives on creativity and has a passion for both marketing and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage CRM database, ensuring accurate entry and tracking of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Respond to inbound client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and client prospecting.
- Coordinate and support virtual and in-person meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and preparation of client-facing proposals and presentations.

**Marketing & Brand Development**
- Create engaging content for the company website, social media channels, and promotional campaigns.
- Help develop and implement strategies to grow our digital footprint and increase client engagement.
- Monitor and respond to online inquiries and interactions to enhance customer relationships.
- Assist in coordinating trade shows, events, and marketing materials to support brand exposure.
- Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights for ongoing improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years** experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or content creation.
- Proficiency with **CRM systems** and lead management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Experience with **graphic design tools** like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
- Must have a valid **Ontario Driver’s License** and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits and events.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
