**Position Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at iGuard360°, you will play a vital role in boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our business growth. This role blends creative marketing efforts with hands-on sales support, making it an ideal opportunity for a dynamic professional eager to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support and Business Development**:

- Assist with CRM data entry and database management, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential client prospects.
- Coordinate phone, online, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups to enhance the customer experience.

**Marketing and Brand Development**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and trade shows.
- Contribute to the development of social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond to inquiries to build strong client relationships.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and development of client proposals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a sales, marketing, or content creation role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Graphic design experience (**Canva, Adobe Creative Suite**) is considered an **asset.**:

- Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License and have regular access to a reliable vehicle, as travel is required for the role.
