**What it’s all about**:
The Customer Supply Chain Planner is about driving results and delivering service excellence through strategic and decisive experiences in stock level replenishment and cost/inventory controls. You will be the dedicated planner for our Key Account customers, delivering our customer value proposition to meet business needs.

**What you’ll do**:

- Liaise and collaborate with Key Account Customer(s) to plan inventory requirements required to meet contractual obligations
- Provide reports and participate in meetings and calls as required by the Customer
- Lead weekly calls with the Customer to ensure all requirements and expectations are being met
- Execute purchase orders for the Customer's proprietary products using the E3 Replenishment System
- Independently manage LTOs (Limited Time Offers) from beginning to end to ensure steady supply and effective run out dates
- Ensure fill rate and inventory level targets are met
- Effectively manage date sensitive products to minimize spoilage
- Manage supplier shorts, overdue orders and lead recovery actions
- Execute forward buys as directed

**What we need**:

- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in buying/planning within the foodservice industry (required)
- Previous broad range experience in Distribution and Purchasing with a clear understanding of logistics, and timing of purchasing effectively
- Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
- Critical and analytical thinker
- Demonstrated ability to establish, build, and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Intermediate to advanced level experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
