Nolaas is a small business in St. Catharines, ON L2N 7H8. Our goal is to is to provide a dietary inclusive restaurant experience. This will allow you to put your culinary skills to the test. We are looking for a team player, that emphasizes customer satisfaction and safety with dietary restrictions. **Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
- Ambitious, career minded team-player who will provide consistent support and guidance to all those around them
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation required
- Working all line positions in a competent and confident manner
- Performing all assigned duties as required, including prep responsibilities, deep clean requirements etc.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Maintaining a positive and committed focus to your own development and growth
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and a willingness to be accomodating different ditary needs
- Receiving direction from management, and building on that
- Other duties as assigned.
**What we are looking for**:
- 1-2 years Line Cook experience in restaurant kitchens is required.
- Food Handler's Certification is preferred
