**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare purchase orders and requisitions for all product requirements
- Evaluate purchasing reports, prioritize purchase orders by critical need
- Ensure orders meet the optimal levels to maximize fulfillment and inventory requirements
- Proactively troubleshoot any received discrepancies and invoices
- Accurately maintain and carry out the purchase order processing
- Monitor orders and maintain projected delivery date updates
- Ensure compliance and execution of procurement policies and procedures
- Maintain vendor base for timely and accurate supply alignment
- Other duties as assigned

**Who we are looking for**:
Your qualifications
- University degree, coupled by 3 5 years of relevant experience. Or a combination of education and experience
- Oracle or SAP SCM experience a must
- Strong communication skills in addition to an ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
