**Responsibilities**:
- providing general assistance to the lawyers
- drafting documents
- court filing and service
- maintaining and organizing files
- managing administrative tasks, including time entry, scheduling of appointments and coordinating meetings etc.
- other duties and tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized school
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Employment law and litigation experience preferred
- Proficiency with technology such as Google Workspace, Clio (Manage, Grow, Draft), MS Office
- As this is a remote role, you must have dedicated office space and a secure, reliable internet connection

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
