Be a part of an exciting new Ottawa Café. DAO is seeking **full-time Assistant Bakers** to join our team and help in delivering the absolute best in modern Euro-Asian cuisine created by world class, award winning chefs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Knowledge of general baking principles
- Excellent knowledge of safety, health rules, and quality controls.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Genuine, persistent, independent, passionate, and practical.
- Ability to work and excel in a fast paced environment.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends and holiday hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to company and bakery SOP and policies.
- To ensure the quality of products being uphold at all times through production process.
- To ensure the production work being performed and completed in a timely manner.
- To maintain high standard of work place cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness.
- Follow standards and instructions from direct supervisor.
