Job Description: As a Baker at Tim Hortons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy fresh and delicious baked goods daily. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of products including donuts, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods.
  • Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and bakery areas.
  • Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous baking or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Own transportation is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices.
