**Focus**

This is a full time position for stacking fruits boxes, packaging and sorting various fruits and vegetables on a production line.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Remove defective fruit, report quality and/or maintenance issues to Production Lead or Production Supervisor, and place it in specified area(s)
- Stack boxes safely and efficiently according to warehouse procedures.
- Examine containers to ensure packaging specifications are met
- Measure, weigh, and/or count fruit and place it into packaging container, by hand and/or using machines such as spouts and/or chutes
- Frequently lift and move boxes of produce between pallets throughout the day.
- Assemble packaging containers by hand and line containers with paper, cardboard, prepared padding, trays, and/or separators
- Report quality, maintenance, and safety issues to Manager or Supervisor
- Completion of other responsibilities as assigned.

**Education and Experience**
- Previous experience packaging, sorting and grading in produce industry is preferred

**Working Conditions**
- Hours may be irregular and in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
- Work outside ordinary office hours may be required with occasional overtime

**Physical Requirements**
- Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 45lbs
- Work in cooler environment
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Must show proof of double vaccination
