**Overview**

Hello there, family of 3, soon to be 4, are currently on the lookout for a morning nanny (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri starting 8am) for 10-20 hrs/week starting immediately, then transitioning to Night Nanny (from 12am-5am) from April through fall for 20-30hrs/week, around the exciting time when our second child comes into our lives. We see the night nanny position running until fall, but this could extend into long term daytime depending on how well the role fits into our family dynamic.

Our family is looking for more than just overnight care for our new addition. We're hoping to find a person who can provide support to us in our journey by taking on various household tasks, particularly in the mornings during the week. This could involve cleaning, planning toy rotations, light cooking or food prep, housekeeping, doing laundry (both the children's and the family's), keeping the kitchen tidy, and some pet care duties like yard cleaning and walking our two small dogs.

Hoping to start soon, giving us ample time to become accustomed to each other and establish a bond between you and our family, especially our son who will be of 2 years in April.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in night time needs of newborn
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, this could involve housekeeping, cleaning, doing laundry, keeping the kitchen tidy, and organizing various areas of the house
- Light meal/snack prep or cooking
- Helping to plan and reorganize weekly toy rotations
- Some pet care duties like yard cleaning and walking our two small dogs.
- Occasionally supervise and engage with children in a variety of activities, including playtime, educational games, and outings.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience and references working with children in a babysitting or nanny capacity is required.
- Provide a clean criminal record check with vulnerable sector
- Proficiency in meal preparation and cooking healthy meals for children.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in the home environment while caring for children.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
- Must be reliable and punctual

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
