Nanny/mothers Help

We are a busy family of four seeking a reliable, organized, and nurturing **Nanny & Household Manager** to support our home approximately **30 hours per week, Monday-Friday**.

The role begins **at 6:00 a.m.** and typically ends between **12:00-3:00 p.m.** (exact end time may vary by day).

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys **owning household systems**, anticipating needs, and keeping a home running smoothly. Childcare is **occasional and supportive**.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**
- Household Management & Organization_
- Maintain a clean, organized home (general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, kitchen upkeep)
- Keep household and food supplies stocked
- Plan and organize toy rotations
- Light cooking and food preparation (including weekly meal/snack prep, primarily Mondays)
- Run errands and assist with household organization
- Outdoor & Property Care_
- Yard care as needed, which may include light weeding, lawn mowing, and general outdoor upkeep
- Coordinate with landscapers for seasonal cleanups, pruning, and other scheduled services
- Light snow removal as required
- Perform weekly hot tub maintenance checks and basic upkeep
- Coordinate or assist with basic home maintenance and organizing tasks as needed
- Light pet-related duties, including yard cleanup and walking our two small dogs
- Childcare Support_
- Occasionally supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities (playtime, educational games, outings)
- Help plan simple, engaging activities for a toddler
- Communicate openly with parents regarding children’s development, behavior, and any concerns

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children as a nanny or babysitter (references required)
- Clean criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector screening
- Comfortable preparing healthy meals and snacks for children
- Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
