Our hotel is seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance duties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
- Train, motivate, and lead staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage front desk activities such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate laundry services to ensure timely processing of guest and hotel linens
- Oversee maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures in all operational areas
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
