**Hotel Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing personnel, including front desk clerks, housekeepers, maintenance
- Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Collecting payments and maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
- Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
- Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
- Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity, including making the weekly schedule.
- Coordinating with external parties, including Franchisors, suppliers, travel agencies, conference planners, etc.
- Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
- Partaking in financial activities, including payroll, ordering, bookkeeping, etc.
- Perform the HR duties including hiring
- Be familiar with all departments’ responsibilities and tasks
- Perform some other assigned duties as needed.

**Hotel Supervisor Requirements**:

- Diploma degree in hospitality, business administration, accounting, or a relevant field.
- Familiar with hotel front desk clerk tasks.
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
